Teacher Lexi

I am sitting down stairs right now trying to figure out what pics I want to blog, it's after 9:00 at night so both girls are in bed and I have both monitors on. For those of you wondering why Lexi still has a monitor we only use it when she naps and when we first put her down at night. She sleeps with her door closed and when we are downstairs we can't hear her. She is not allowed to get out of her bed at night so she will stay in her room and if she needs something we can't hear her unless the monitor is on.

Anyways, Lexi is awake and talking to her animals which are: pink bear, purple bear, cat, elmo and cookie monster. She first sang a song to them which went like this :
Daddy's gone, daddy's gone. Daddy's gone daddy's gone, he be back later. Hailey's sleeping, Hailey's sleeping. Mommy's gonna sleep, Mommy's gonna sleep. I'm all done, I'm all done.
Then she says "you want to hear again, okay" and she sings the song again word for word.

When she is done with her song this is how her conversation goes with her animals:
"You never go in the street, no. You get hit by car, ya. You never touch the stove and you never touch the oven. You wash your hands, ya like this (I hear rubbing of hands). You eat dinner. After dinner we clean up."

Now I hear snoring so she is done for the night. Lexi does this every night. She talks and sings to her animals. Tonight she was teaching them other nights they are getting time out for being bad girls. I love bedtime, I get entertainment everynight!!
