Lexi's First Dance Recital

Lexi had her first dance recital tonight and she did AWESOME!!!! We are sooooo proud of her. She was not afraid at all, she acted like a pro. Her friend Kayla was also in the show and she did awesome too!! These girls are going to be stars! Thursday night they started off with a dress rehersal. Lexi colored while waiting her turn to perform on stage. At the rehersal Lexi only perfomed part of her dance, I think most of the kids were wondering what was going on. On the day of the recital though Lexi knew her dance, perfomed it well and even was clapping and bowing at the end of her performance. At the end of the recital all of the kids went back up on stage and Lexi even started to dance on her own and she was all smiles. I think it was the cutest thing we had ever seen. She told my friend after the show that there were a BUNCH of people!! After the recital we took her to get some icecream because she was so good. Lexi wants to thank all of her family and friends that came to see her!
