Slumber party 2

Over Labor Day weekend the girls and I had Tara, Kayla and Kyler over for a slumber party while the dads got to go play in Vegas. It was a challenging weekend. The plan was to have them over let the girls and babies play, put them to bed and then we could scrapbook, well it didn't work out that way. Tara was having a rough day on Saturday nothing was going right starting off with a baby up at 5:00am. We decided to meet after naptime at the Disney store so the girls could pick out their princess dresses for Disneyland. Tara was running late because things just weren't going her way and I was at the mall trying to shop with a screaming and crying baby along with a toddler constantly saying "when's Kayla going to be here". We get to the Disney store and the girls pick out their dresses while Hailey is crying and crying, then Tara realizes her debit card had fallen out of her purse in the car. Geez...what else? Well then we try to go eat dinner with fussy babies, eventually make it home. The girls were hyperactive, babies fussy, hungry and tired. We eventually get everyone to bed at 10 but then we were too tired to scrapbook so we hung out and talked until 1:00am. That was actually my favorite part! We rarely get to hang out and talk for that long anymore without interruptions from the kids. The kids woke us up at 7 the next morning because they were hungry. Let's just say we were soooo ready for the guys to come home!! The girls had a blast playing together though, it is sooo cute to watch them talk and play together.
