Labor Day Weekend

We went to the cabin for Labor Day weekend and it ended up being a bad decision. We had planned on this for weeks and were leaving on Friday and going to return on Monday. The first sign we shouldn't have gone was the phone call from the mortgage company telling us we were closing on our new house in 1 month...SURPRISE! We have so much to do. The 2nd sign was on Thursday night Hailey got a temp and threw up everywhere right after mommy left for work. 3rd sign, mommy started feeling sick at work then stayed up all of Friday to take Hailey to the doctor and pack for the cabin. Hailey ended up having her usual ear infection. On Saturday at the cabin mommy felt horrible but Hailey was better. The weather was cooler in the morning and evening so we took the kids to a few different parks. On Sunday mommy had a great idea to drive up to Showlow to go to the town park and have a picnic. Well, during our picnic Lexi suddenly feels sick, doesn't want to eat and wants to go back to the cabin. On our way back she is crying saying her head hurts and Hailey is crabby and throwing toys. Later that afternoon we just decided to come home since everyone was sick and we had plenty to do at home. Another wrong decision. Lexi threw up several times from Payson all the way home. We  were only able to pull over once so the car had puke everywhere and is smelled bad. Luckily for me I was sick and my nose was stuffed up so I couldn't smell it. We finally made it home and everyone is better. We even got some packing done on Labor Day.
