Hailey's 2nds birthday party

For Hailey's 2nd birthday party we chose a Minnie Mouse theme since she loves Minnie. We decided to have her party at our house and take advantage of the new toys the kids got for Christmas. Well both of the kids have had this cold that comes and goes for over a month now and of course the day before Hailey's party she started getting sick again. I ended up taking her to Twilight pediatrics the night before her birthday party and she had croup! I was so upset and did not want to cancel her party. We decided to have the party but to let the parents know she was sick and would understand if they didn't want to come. Everyone ended up coming and most of the kids were running around with runny noses and coughs anyways. The kids had a great time bouncing and playing on the playset. Hailey wasn't feeling her best that day so she was pretty crabby so I couldn't get many pictures of her smiling. She started having meltdowns right about the time we sang and did cupcakes so as you can see in her pictures she wasn't too happy. She wouldn't even open her presents. She ended up going down for a nap while her friends stayed and played for a bit. Overall the party was a success and we want to thank everyone for coming and celebrating with us!
