Dance Camp

Lexi has been taking dance classes for 3 years now and this past year she has been talking about trying out for the studios Jazz performing team. The studio had dance camp last week for the kids starting kindergarten and up so Lexi and her bff Kayla went to camp all week and had try outs on Friday. The studio had spirit week so everyday was a different theme which was fun. The girls learned different dance moves/sitting positions/splits/routines. On try out day they had to do these all with the entire group and then within small groups of 4 in front of 4 judges. The results were posted on Saturday and Lexi and Kayla both made the team!! Way to go!!!! Lexi was sooooo excited! She kept saying "I can't believe I made the team".
