On Christmas Break, we took the kids to Disneyland as part of their Christmas present. We left the day after Christmas and our good friends The Williams Family went also. We stayed at a hotel that was just 2 blocks from Disneyland so we could walk there, which was nice. We went to Disneyland/California for 3 days. This was Lexi's 2nd time there and she had a BLAST!! I am not too sure Hailey was ready for that trip yet. She was not happy about the long lines, or not getting her naps, or staying up late. She had several meltdowns, it's a good thing between the two families we had plenty of suckers. She did enjoy the rides when she was on them though. Lexi was big enough this time to do Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, and Space Mountain. She LOVED them! We had a fun trip but I will say I will never again go over Christmas Break (or atleast until the kids are teenagers). It was way too crowded and the lines were so long. The only way we were able to see the characters was because we had reservations for character breakfasts all three days we were there (good thing). Also we were bummed because the fireworks show was cancelled all 3 nights we were there. Other than that is was so fun and we can't wait to go back!!
