Summer Fun 2

The last month of summer flew by!! We tried to do as much as we could with our friends. I can't believe summer is over and the kids are back in school. I can't wait for next summer!!

 One day we met our old stroller strides group (minus a few) at Makutu's Island. The kids had so much fun running around the place and it gave the moms a chance to catch up.

One night we went over to Brenda's house for game night along with the Davis family. The kids had a blast playing together. The best part was when they attacked the parents with their play guns, unfortunately I don't have a picture of it but it was so cute.

 

One night Lexi's friend KK spent the night. She met us at dance so afterwards we went to go eat at the mall and then went home. The girls had so much fun brushing each others hair and putting bows on. They also played bingo with daddy. The girls were up until around 11:30. 

Grandma took Lexi to go see the Hairspray play at the Hale theatre. Lexi loved it! She started watching that movie when she would stay the night at her friend Avery's house and she loved it.  She had so much fun.

One night we decided to take the girls bowling for a family night. We ate dinner first, then went bowling, and then out for ice cream. I love having fun family nights!! The girls both had a good time bowling.

One evening Lexi's friend Madelyn had Lexi and Daylyn over for dinner, swimming, and to watch an American Girl movie. Their teacher Angela showed up with her daughter and then they had "tumbling" class at their house. These girls just can't get enough of dance and tumbling....LOVE IT!!

Our last summer movie day we met up with the Mays at the movies and then went to lunch at Chick Fila. Lexi and Emmy were sad when it was time to go so Emmy came over to our house to play for a few hours while Hailey napped. Even after the 3 hours of playing at our house the girls didn't want it to end.

One morning Grace came over to play at our house and Hailey went over to their house to play with her brothers. Grace and Lexi had fun doing karaoke and dancing. Hailey fit right in with the boys playing legos and playing with swords.

One of our last play dates of the summer was at Bounce U with Claudia and John. I can't believe this was our first time here all summer. The kids loved the hurricane machine. Hailey thought it was so funny. After bounce U we went to lunch at Gilbert Pizza.

Our last day of summer we went to lunch at Mc Donalds with Daylyn and Madelyn and the girls played in the play area for a while ( this is probably why Hailey has a cold today). They had fun and that's all that matters.
