Thanksgiving weekend

We had such a fun Thanksgiving weekend. We had Thanksgiving dinner at our house and my mom came over to help me cook all day (actually she did most of it). The girls got new pajamas that match with their American girl dolls so all day long they just wanted to put their pajamas on. They had to wait until after we ate. Also on Thanksgiving Pixie our elf on the shelf came!! The girls have been talking about her for months. They were soooo excited. Pixie brought us a Disney Christmas book with all different stories in it to read in the month of December. On Friday night we went to the Zoo Lights with grandma Nancy and papa Dean. We have gone every year since Lexi was a baby. It is a fun family tradition. We love the polar slide at the zoo. At first Hailey wouldn't go on it and after she went she wanted to keep doing it over and over. On Saturday Lexi and I went to the Nutcracker with grandma Nancy. This is a fun tradition my mom started when Lexi was 4. We figured out 4 was a little to young so Hailey will get to join us next year. On Saturday night we took the girls to see Frozen. We loved that movie. The girls love singing and music so this was the perfect movie for them. Even with everything we did we found plenty of down time at home. I did not want the weekend to end. I loved spending so much time with my family. We are so busy during the week and most weekends it was nice to have a long fun weekennd together. I am so thankful for my wonderful family.
The Wishing Bone! Who will get the biggest piece??

Lexi is reading the elf book to Hailey so the remember why she is here and her rules
