For Hailey's 5th birthday party she had to have a FROZEN party. In January when I was trying to plan her party it was next to impossible to find anything FROZEN. I was able to find a few things online and grandma Nancy made the rest of the decorations. In the end the party turned out super cute and Hailey loved it. Most of Hailey's good friends were able to come. It was a perfect day for an outside party.
