Gingerbread house

Today we went over to the Williams's house to make our annual gingerbread houses. In the past the guys have had some difficulty getting the roofs of the houses to stay on. This year it was their mission to conquer this. It took them about an hour to get this done and I believe they used some kitchen tools I don't think either one of them have ever touched before. There was talk about a mixer (don't know if this was used or not) and there was a rolling pin sitting out. Needless to say they completed their mission, the roofs stayed on. They must have used some kind of cement or something because Lexi loaded her house up with as much candy and she could possibly fit on her roof and it didn't collapse. We had a great time, as we always do with them. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful family in our lives!
