Hike

Since Lexi was on spring break last week we tried to plan some fun activities to do during the week. Unfortunatley Lexi ended up getting the flu and pneumonia half way through the week but before she got sick we went on a hike with our good friends Tara, Kayla, and Kyler. My mom told me about Usery Pass Park and said they have a fun hike for the kids that was stroller friendly so we went. Of course we went on the hottest day of the week but we still had so much fun. We "hiked" around the mountain and then we went to a park to play and have a picnic lunch. The kids had so much fun playing together and had a great time until we had to walk back to the car. Hailey cried the entire walk and Lexi was dragging her feet saying she was just too tired to walk anymore. Being the great mom that I am...LOL, I told her to suck it up and keep walking or she was going to be left in the desert with the rattlesnakes. Well later on that evening she had a temp of 102 and boy did I feel bad!!!
